In the Packaging Industry Pulsar has designed and installed:

- conveying systems for brik packs of wine, which feature first-class technological innovations;







- conveyor systems for packets of cigarettes, with transfer and orientation groups for 500/600 packets per minute;








- blister (600 pezzi/min) con controllo prodotto e scarto in automatico; fasatura per marcatore a getto d’inchiostro;

- conveyor systems for small bottles in clean rooms;
- connections to the filling, closing, capping and casing machines;
- conveyor systems for cases and Flow Pack lines with orientation, preparation and metering from the packaging machines to the robot.

Much attention is given to the Control and Management Systems of the lines:



- customised software to connect the PLC and the PC;
- integration of the processing or packaging machines with mechanical and electronic systems;
- supervision and processing of the production data of the machines;
- data collection regarding the production records and the causes of production loss;
- remote control of the systems via modem, with the assistance given by Pulsar’s technical engineers.
